Cute, pink, and dangerously easy to leave with way more dessert than you planned 😂💗 TE’AMO is such a fun little stop if you’re into boba, matcha, mochi donuts, or mille crêpe cakes. The whole place has a soft pink aesthetic, lots of natural light, and a very relaxed vibe. The dessert case is the real problem because everything looks good — matcha, Oreo, mango, tiramisu, panna cotta… suddenly choosing one thing becomes a serious life decision. 😂 Definitely a cute spot for something sweet, a drink, and a little break while exploring the city. 💕

It is a small cafe with few seats inside. When we visited, the cafe was busy but we got our food quickly after placing an order via the tablet. - Mango sagoo coconut jelly: it had good sweetness but I wish it was creamier. It had lots of mango pieces and the sagoo was perfect texture (soft but not mushy). - Cookies & cream cheesecake bao: just okay. The bao was kinda dry. The cheesecake filling tasted good but it didn't taste like cookies & cream.

I ordered the mango coco drink. There was so much ice I couldn’t put my straw all the way in. It was definitely underblended and the cup was probably 85% full of ice cubes. The taste of the drink itself was also nothing special

Walked in with high expectations, the place looks absolutely stunning and is Instagram-worthy. The aesthetic is on point and you’ll definitely leave with some great shots. That said, the donuts didn’t quite live up to the vibe. Visually appealing, sure, but the taste didn’t match the presentation. While I was there, I also noticed a few other guests getting frustrated after receiving the wrong orders that seemed to dampen the mood a bit. It’s not a bad spot by any means, and I’d probably pop in again. But if you’re coming primarily for the food, you might leave a little underwhelmed. Great for photos, decent for a casual visit

Spring is here with TE’AMO’s Organic Matcha Series and I’m obsessed! The Double Matcha is my favorite — that first sip of the matcha cream on top is sooo good. Love the matcha donuts, Basque cheesecake, and grape tanghulu too. Can’t wait to grab these again when the Chicago River turns green! 🍀💚
